We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after the receipt of the product. No restocking fees are needed, however, the cost of shipping the goods back to our warehouse will be covered by you. Please contact us at email@example.com PRIOR to shipping back the item(s).
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
No restocking fee is to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
If you wish to cancel an order prior to shipping or have any questions, please contact our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. We can't cancel your order if the order has already been shipped.
Order lost in transit? In some rare cases, your order can take longer to arrive. Although this is due to shipping conditions we do not directly control, we will send you a replacement if your order is not delivered within 30 days since shipping. Note: for faster shipping, some of your items may arrive in multiple packages.
We will re-deliver, replace or refund an order if we have incorrectly addressed the delivery. We take no such responsibility and reserves the right to reject refund if you have provided an incorrect or insufficient address.
We can only issue a refund to the original form of payment used at the point of purchase.

Items are not eligible for a refund due to color or personal preferences issues if the shipped item is the same variant/color as you ordered. In case the color/variant issue is due to us, we accept exchange or refund requests.
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged with all original tags attached. We do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, or altered in any way. You need to pay the shipping cost due to the return.
If the customer refuses to sign for the order without reason, popmoca.com will refuse to refund.
If the customer chooses the wrong model, popmoca.com reserves the right to refuse a refund.
The customer must ensure that the shipping address is true and valid. If the order cannot be delivered due to an invalid address, popmoca will refuse to refund.
