Return and Refund Policy

We want your Popmoca order to work for your phone model and daily routine. If something is wrong with your order, contact us so we can help with the next step.

Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for exchange or refund. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging when possible.

Before You Return

Email service@popmoca.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. Please wait for return instructions before sending an item back.

Compatibility Issues

Phone cases are model-specific. Before ordering, confirm your exact iPhone or Samsung Galaxy model on the product page. If you ordered the wrong model, contact support and we will help review available options.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, the refund is processed to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Damaged Or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or does not match your order, email us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and help resolve it.
