We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after the receipt of the product. No restocking fees needed, however, the cost on shipping the goods back to our warehouse will be covered by you.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

Order lost in transit? In some rare cases your order can take longer to arrive. Although this is due to shipping conditions we do not directly control, we will send you a replacement if your order is not delivered within 30 days since shipping. Note: for faster shipping, some of your Items may arrive in multiple packages.
We can only issue a refund to the original form of payment used at the point of purchase.
Please carefully inspect your shipments as soon as you receive them. We will only offer refunds for defective or damaged products when requested within 24 hours of your receipt of the product. We do not offer refundsbeyond this point.
Damaged Or Defective Items
Received a damaged item? We’ve got you covered and will send out replace parts free of charge. No need to return the damaged product! Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo or a short video of the defective item.
Any damaged or defective items must be reported to us within 24 hours of your package delivery date.
Items are not eligible for a refund if the damage or defect does not affect daily use. Popmoca reserves the right to refuse any refund at any time.
Items are not eligible for a refund due to color or personal preferences issues, if the shipped item is the same variant/color as you ordered. In case the color/variant issue is due to us, we accept exchange or refund requests.
