Popmoca ships orders with tracking so you can follow your package after it leaves our warehouse. This page explains our current shipping timing, free-shipping threshold, and support contact.

Free Shipping

Popmoca offers free shipping on orders over $45. Shipping costs for orders below the free-shipping threshold are shown at checkout before payment.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed before shipment within 1 to 3 business days. Processing time may be longer during holidays, major sales, or when an item requires extra verification.

Estimated Delivery

Delivery timing varies by destination and carrier. After an order ships, most customers receive a tracking number by email. Use the tracking link for the latest carrier updates.

Tracking

When your order ships, Popmoca sends tracking information to the email address used at checkout. If tracking has not updated immediately, please allow the carrier time to scan the package.
